About Us
Inspira Guate is a Guatemalan non-profit organization dedicated to empowering local ministries, leaders, and communities to improve their quality of life and overcome poverty. We believe that lasting transformation begins from within — by equipping Guatemalans to lead the change in their own communities.
Through strong partnerships with churches, organizations, and volunteers, we work to create sustainable impact in the areas of water, nutrition, education, health, and housing.
In partnership with RU4Children, we connect local needs with global hearts, building bridges between communities to bring hope, resources, and sustainable solutions where they’re needed most.
Our Escence
Mission
To empower Guatemalans to improve their quality of life by providing opportunities that allow them to be part of the transformation of their communities and their country.
Vision
A Guatemala where every person can live with dignity, health, and a sense of fulfillment — experiencing not only physical well-being but also emotional and spiritual renewal. We believe that true transformation happens when a person feels cared for, valued, and supported, knowing that their life and their family matter.
Our Core Values
Love – Entrepreneurship – Equality
Our core values reflect what we do and how we do it. They guide every action we take, shaping the way we serve, empower, and collaborate to create meaningful change.
Our 3 Pillars
Our Approach
- Assessment: A local Advance Team visits the community to understand its specific needs and priorities. We build a relationship of trust with local organizations and leaders to truly get to know them and identify where our support can have the greatest impact.
- Collaboration: We partner with churches, community leaders, and organizations that will continue the work long-term.
- Transformation: Together, we implement short- and long-term plans that bring sustainable change in areas such as water, nutrition, health, and education.
